We proudly offer premium raw Indian hair bundles available for purchase for clients who need hair for their appointment. When you book with LyricAlexusBeautySalon, you are investing in quality, professionalism, and a luxury beauty experience. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies listed below. Booking Policy • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your service total.• Remaining balances must be paid using Cash or Zelle only.• Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit. Additional changes require a new deposit.• Please ensure all services are selected when booking. Same-day service changes may not be accommodated. We now offer Buy Now, Pay Later option. Online Only Salon Etiquette To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients: • No extra guests or children are permitted during appointments.• Please keep phone conversations minimal and avoid speakerphone use. Headphones are recommended. Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.• After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be required before the service begins.• After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service cost will be charged. Cancellation / No Show • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment.• Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.• No call / no show clients will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings. All unpaid invoices must be paid within 48 hours to avoid being blocked from future bookings. Appointment Preparation To ensure the best results for your service, please arrive prepared: • Bundles must be clean, washed, and fully dry before your appointment.• Natural hair must be detangled and free of oils, glue, or heavy product buildup.• Failure to arrive prepared will result in a $25 preparation fee. Please note: AliExpress, Amazon, or pre-cut bundles will not be installed. Clients who need hair for their appointment may purchase Raw Indian Bundles directly from the salon (availability may vary). Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 minute grace period after 10 mins you will be charged $20 late fee must be paid before service is started. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your card on file will be charged 50% of service. You have 48 hours to pay invoice or you will be banned from future bookings.
No call no show you will be charged 100% of service fee and banned from future bookings.
